Annually, the athletics program coordinates with marketing and communications to create and promote all maroon and orange sporting events. After a student team designed the shirts, I was able to work with an in-house photographer and direct this photoshoot. Using the photos from this, I created the entire marketing campaign. The shirts themselves had a distressed effect so I reflected this with the promotional materials with tape and ripped edges. Seen in the later photos is an example of my art direction where I had students pose as if they're taking a selfie, making this creative more natural, candid, and relatable to students and sports fans taking a group photo while tailgating.
